Directions
From I-405 northbound or southbound, take exit 12, which gets off at SE 8th in Bellevue. (This is 16 blocks south of the main Bellevue exit at NE 8th.) From the southbound exit, take a right at the end of the ramp. From the northbound exit, take a left at the end of the ramp. Either way you will be turning west on SE 8th street. Go straight through the lights right by the freeway. About 100 yards later, turn left at the light into Bellefield Office Park. (There is a low stone sign saying "Bellefield Office Park" as well as s street sign for 114th Ave SE. Make sure you see the "Bellefield" sign, because there is another street back by the freeway that is also called 114th SE.) Just after you enter Bellefield you will go over a bridge across a stream. I'm in the third building on your left after you cross the bridge. It is called the Conifer Building.
From I-90 east or westbound, take the Bellevue Way exit. (Coming from Seattle, this is quicker than taking I-405 from I-90, but either way works.) As you get off the freeway you will be going North on Bellevue Way. Go straight through the light at the park and ride, and get in the right hand lane as you approach the next light. Take the right hand lane as it veers right just before the light, and you will be on 112th Ave SE. Turn right at the next opportunity, and you will be entering Bellefield Office Park. Go over the bridge across the stream, and bear left at the 3-way-intersection. I'm in the second building on the right after that, which is 1450 114th Ave SE.
Because Bellefield office park is just off of I-405 in Bellevue, it is easily accessible from a number of towns nearby. I am 9 miles from downtown Seattle (by road, not by crow), 8 miles from downtown Redmond, 8 miles from downtown Renton, 7 miles from Kirkland, 9 miles from Issaquah, and 3 miles from Mercer Island.
